These are updated at least annually and are reviewed by parents once a month and also by staff once a month at each staff meeting. At the initial home visit before a child attends Bambini we also go through each policy individually and parents can ask any questions.
The policies are also available to view in our main foyer and the staff room of the setting. If you would like a hard copy of the policies and procedures please see a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
GDPR- General Data Protection Regulation 2018
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union.The GDPR aims to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data.
It was adopted on 14 April 2016, and after a two-year transition period, becomes enforceable on 25 May 2018. The GDPR replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive.
